Overview
Our client is a well known name in employment law who deliver a full service offering to their clients. This employment team advise on the full range of employment issues for employers as well as senior execs on an individual basis. Working with a good degree of autonomy you can expect to be giving advice on a range of sectors to include financial services, education, media, and sports sectors. On a individual basis you can expect to deal with advisory work such as drafting of contracts, policies and procedures; work with clients on day to day issues, such a disciplinary and grievances and smaller redundancy procedures; as well as doing tribunal litigation. You can also expect to work as part of a team on bigger projects It is likely you will be operating at an associate or senior associate level with a minimum of 5PQE; a proven track record as an employment lawyer you will have good academics and will come from a recognised firm for employment with good experience working with employers and senior execs. and be confident in your abilities.
