Overview
Conrad Consulting has an immediate requirement for a technically strong, Revit proficient individual, to join an architecture studio in Central London. The successful individual, ideally an experienced Architectural Technician, will work closely alongside a Senior Architectural Technician on a new student accommodation scheme. The minimum length of the contract is 2 months, with the potential to be extended further down the line. Company Details > "A technically strong company, known for delivery. They aspire to become design orientated in the future" 4 offices in England Around 40 staff across the business A team of 7 in London (4 Architects, 2 Technicians & 1 Part II) Sectors: Residential, Commercial, Industrial & Student Accommodation Software: AutoCAD, Revit & Photoshop £3.2 million turnover Turnover has steadily increased over the past few years and they are projecting another increase for the year ahead. An hourly rate between £22p/h to £30p/h is on offer. To be seriously considered, our client requires the following: Degree qualified Architectural Technician At least 5 years' experience working in the UK market (Private practice / Main Contractor / Multi-disciplinary consultancy) Able to work with little or no supervision Proficient in Revit Relevant / previous experience working within the student accommodation sector Our client is looking to interview ASAP, with an immediate start pending.
