Overview
Part-time Office Manager We have a new exciting opportunity for a dynamic Office Manager to join this growing consultancy in Oxford. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the office including managing meeting room bookings, assisting with recruitment needs and leading on health and safety training. The hours required for this role are 20 – 30 per week. There is flexibility around how these are worked. Part-time Office Manager Responsibilities As the Office Manager your main duties will include: Being the first point of contact for the office Ensuring the office supplies are well maintained Supporting client and other meetings held onsite Assisting with recruitment needs Supporting the senior team with travel arrangements Part-time Office Manager Experience It is essential that you have previous office administration experience, are well organised and have an exceptionally high level of attention to detail. You will be proactive and a confident communicator as you will be liaising with both clients and suppliers. Knowledge of MAC would be beneficial, however not essential. More importantly is your drive and ability to hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
