Customer Service Advisor - North Bristol

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a highly successful organisation based in North Bristol with the appointment of a highly motivated, switched on Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. The role will see you working within a team environment supporting customer with their orders, handling queries and on occasions provide quotes and invoicing clients. You will act as the primary response to all incoming calls therefore it is essential you have an excellent telephone manner and are willing to go above and beyond the expected. Key Responsibilities • Processing customer quotation requests • Processing customer orders • Updating inhouse system with changes to customer orders • Handling customer queries • Scheduling customer orders and updating on delivery times • Providing a help desk service • Resolving queries and complaints with the highest level of professionalism • Managing the after-care service • Meet customer deadlines • Upsell and offer alternative products • Support with the daily invoicing • Occasional International Travel and Regional Travel The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and a demonstrable understanding of what makes excellent customer service. You have strong communication skills both verbally and written with excellent telephone manner and ability to keep calm under pressure. You have the natural ability build a rapport with customers at all levels and consistently strive for excellence You have a 'can-do’ attitude and excellent work ethic, with good IT skills and ability to work alone and as part of a team Experience in working in engineering environments would be advantageous Working hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday - 9am - 4pm Benefits package: - Onsite gym - Birthday shopping vouchers - Early Friday finish - 25 days holiday Bank holidays - Pension - Death in service package
