Overview
247 Professional Health is looking for experienced support workers, to join our hard working agency. We need support workers to cover shifts in supported living projects residential homes and mental health hospitals within Telford and the surrounding areas, as one of our agency support workers you will have the flexibility to work when you want. You will work alongside permanent staff as well as other agency support workers within our client’s services, you will be responsible for reviewing and delivering care plans and ensuring you are providing the highest standard of care. If you are looking for full time agency support worker shifts, or have a permanent position and just want to pick up one or two shifts to supplement your income, our agency will be a good match for you. We are also have temp to perm positions for those looking for a permanent position.
