Overview
This leading Lloyd's underwriter is seeking a tax professional for an interim role. The role will carry the responsibility for the ongoing tax compliance for both its UK and European entities with further involvement with US operations. In addition to the full management of the day to day operations there will be projects in particular relating to a Part VII transfer. Additional aspects will include the new IR35 legislation, Transfer Pricing and R& D tax credits. A UK corporation tax background is essential.
