Overview
Strode College has a new, exciting role that will lead on the end to end learner journey experience, ensuring all our students receive outstanding IAG, careers and associated learning resource support. We are looking for an excellent communicator who can take a cross college lead in these areas, ensuring that their direct reports and the wider curriculum teams deliver an outstanding experience for our students. This role will give you an excellent opportunity to make your mark across the College and would equally suit an experienced manager already working at this level or an ambitious individual, looking to step up to a wider management role and who has the relevant set of skills and experience. Reporting to our Director of Student Services, you will lead, manage and develop all aspects of Information, Advice and Careers Guidance (IAG), and the provision of the Learning Zone. We are looking for someone who is organised and creative, an excellent communicator and with a clear passion for ensuring our students succeed. You will have high standards and be committed to the ethos, values and culture of Strode College.
