Overview

ILR Manager Full time, permanent Salary; £30,223 per annum Location; Dearne Valley College The Role This pivotal and technical specialist role offers you the chance to gain significant experience and responsibility in the Management Information Services Unit within a busy customer focused data and funding team. The College is looking for a motivated and pro-active individual to lead the ILR team within the college, ensuring the stability of college funding through accurate and timely data submissions. The role will also involve the development of streamlined and efficient processes to attain best practice within the sector. In the role of ILR Manager, you will report to the Head of MIS and work closely with the MIS management team to ensure accurate data and ensure the College can maximise funding within the confines of funding regulations as well as assisting in the management of entry and maintenance of student data. Your main duties of responsibility will be: To prepare funding data against allocations, ensuring the College returns a valid and error free ILR. To ensure HEFCE returns are made in a timely manner. Help the College through external and internal audits by preparing data and paperwork. Producing reports from the Student Records system for Internal and External customers. Provide efficient and effective business planning data and systems. To check for new FIS and DSAT updates on a weekly basis with regards to software and data files. Manage the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) to ensure the information matches the ILR. Why work for us?
