Overview
A new permanent post is offered by this prestigious City Livery Company with wide ranging charitable and business interests. As their Senior Grants Officer, you will play a critical role in planning and delivering the company's philanthropic strategy. You will be involved in grant administration, assessing applications, conducting suitable diligence on applicants, individuals and organisations. You will manage the philanthropic and grant committee meetings, providing analytical information on grants etc and will provide material to support a relevant and attractive narrative to support and underline the livery company's philanthropic activities. The ideal candidate will be a graduate or equivalent, with experience in the 3rd sector/charity commission sectors. You will be financially astute, accustomed to conducting due diligence, have strong presentation skills and any knowledge or experience of the mental health sector would be an advantage.
