Overview

One of our global finance clients based in Canary Wharf are looking for a hands-on and organised Office Assistant to assist with the day to day running. THE ROLE Based in fantastic offices in Canary Wharf, duties include: Assisting with day to day office operations, reporting to the Office Manager Organising desk moves and equipment Ordering and maintaining supplies ie stationery and merchandise Act as point of contact to employees for any office management related queries Organise access passes Liaise with suppliers, contracts and internal teams such as facility management Assist with invoicing, liaise with senior management, help to coordinate training with fire safety, first aid and health and safety Help to organise events for the organisation Ad hoc assistance / cover on Reception WHO YOU ARE Solid Office Administration experience Excellent communication skills, good use of initiative and strong attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a team Strong interpersonal skills Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint and Excel This is a great opportunity for a switched on and driven organiser to assist with the day to day running in this impressive business – excellent pay and benefits.
