Overview
One of our most inspirational clients, a school based in Wembley, is looking for an Office Manager to join their team. Day to day responsibilities will include: • Maintaining the general running of the office, and direction of the office team • Compiling letters and documents as required • Raising purchase order and processing supplier invoices • Filing, archiving, photocopying, etc. Maintaining filing system of financial reports. • Providing administrative support to the wider team • Setting up new payment items e.g. school trips, revision guides, music lessons They need someone who has experience in a similar role and working on their own initiative. The ideal candidate will be flexible with the ability to work as part of a team as well as having excellent communication skills and the ability to deal sensitively and in confidence with a wide range of issues.
