Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership Team Executives EA duties to include; Heavy diary management responding to fast-evolving business needs and ensuring days run as smoothly as possible Organising extensive meetings, calls, lunches and internal team events Supporting meeting preparation; agenda and pre-reading distribution, presentation documents, board papers, reports, proof reading General administrative responsibilities such as shared drive admin, expenses, post Communicating with candidates, key internal and external stakeholder Booking travel arrangements Other traditional EA duties as necessary Benefits include: Creative and entrepreneurial working environment Competitive basic salary Best in market bonus opportunities for high performance 25 days holiday Regular social events and big focus on internal training Uncapped career progression / regular career reviews
