Overview
A fast-growing property PR company are looking for an energetic, ambitious and highly organised self-starter to take on a range of PA and office management duties. You must demonstrate a high level of problem-solving skills, be well organised, articulate and able to manage your own time and tasks effectively. You will be working to support a senior office manager. This is a challenging and varied role and would ideally suit someone with an interest in growing their career within the administration and office management profession. Opportunity for you to build skills across a wide range of areas, e.g. HR, book-keeping, IT help, legal needs, business development, etc. Generous holiday allowance, gym membership and some flexibility on office hours (must be coordinated with office manager) Main duties will include: Complex diary management for Managing Director Covering reception and PA duties, e.g. servicing meetings rooms and dealing with email correspondence Greeting and liaising with clients, often high level executives General organisation of office space, e.g. keeping kitchen tidy, ordering office supplies Proofreading and helping to create business development presentations Organising team activities Ad hoc administrative duties Requirements: Problem solving skills Meticulous organisation Self-motivated Ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills
