Description Key responsibilities for the Payroll Supervisor in Luton: Supervising the payroll team, ensuring the function runs smoothly and efficiently Being responsible for the hourly, weekly and monthly payed staff Focusing around employee benefits and the employee benefits scheme Collating information relating to the payment of individuals (hours worked, bonuses, commissions etc) Manual calculations where necessary Making payments to Inland Revenue for NI and TAX Reconciliation of salaries to tax deductions Processing start and leaver details and bank details Profile The successful candidate for the Payroll Supervisor in Luton will: Have at least 2 years experience in a fast-paced Payroll position Be confident and driven Ideally have experience with manual calculations Experience with employee benefits is desirable Be organised Have strong attention to detail Be a good team player as well as the ability to work well individually Job Offer The succesful candidate will receive a permanent opportunity in a leading national company.
