At Portfolio Payroll we are excited to be partnered with a major player within the hospitality industry, who are looking to add an experienced Expense Administrator into full time permanent position Assisting with the administration of a 4 Weekly Hourly payroll for 1500 employees. Dealing & resolving Hourly payroll queries. Processes Expenses using Selima/coda system for salaried staff Running Expenses reports & providing information to Heads of Departments Acting as coordinator between employees and third parties. Raising BACS & CHAPS payments. Running ad - hoc reports from our payroll system to ensure the smooth running of the payroll.
