Overview
An exciting and challenging role for a QA Manager looking to take the next step and join a fast-paced and highly successful Food Manufacturer supplying some of the most prestigious organisations in the UK covering retail clients and food service operators with a range of high quality products. OUR CLIENT is a privately owned, Specialist Food Ingredients Manufacturer, supplying both Retail and Foodservice companies with bespoke ingredients solutions and a solid and professional management team. THE ROLE will involve running the factory QA factory operations and ensuring that the company Quality Management Systems are adhered to - this role is a Senior role with the business and you will be part of the team responsible for developing and achieving the company's strategic and operational targets. Reporting to the Group QA Manager your Key responsibilities will include: Validation of Quality Processes and establishing Product Specifications and all other documentation. Development of QA plans including HACCP, GMP etc. Auditing of factory operations and managing highlighted QA issues within the business operation. Management, training and development of the QA team THE IDEAL CANDIDATE. We're looking for a candidate that shows enthusiasm, initiative and excellent communication skills.
