Revive Recruitment are supporting a leading organisation with new opportunities in Arrears, Collections and Recoveries. Revive Recruitment are looking to talk to experienced candidates who hold experience within a regulated environment, preferably within the financial services sector. Position: Arrears & Recoveries Executive Location: Chester Salary: £21,000 per annum plus excellent benefits Hours: 37.5 hour per week - see below for details. The main purpose of your position will be to maximise arrears collections on behalf of Clients. Treating Customers Fairly is a central part of the FCA and CCA regulatory regime and will be an integral part of this position to assist in the delivery of the outcome for customers. The position will operate in a productive and high performing environment. Reporting into the Arrears & Recoveries Management team, the position will involve: Daily Duties: To ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to all customers in line with legal/regulatory requirements and SLA’s. Negotiating quality payment arrangements ensuring repayment terms are in accordance with company directives. Engaging with customers, supporting them through the arrears process, maintaining a high level of customer service with customers to encourage a two-way communication. Identify potentially vulnerable customers and or instances of financial hardship. Assess customer Income & Expenditure ensuring all arrangements set are both affordable and sustainable based on the information given and documentary evidence provided. The successful candidates will have: Experience working within a regulated environment, particularly within the financial service sector. Proven experience of dealing with customers. Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills. Proactively looks for solutions to problems, demonstrating professionalism at all times. Working knowledge of all regulations and payment card processing (ie DPA, Anti Money Laundering, Complaints, Principle 6 (Treating Customers Fairly), CCA, CONC, MCOB Rules and PCI DSS). Knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel Software. Excellent administrations skills. Hours of Work: To work 37.5 hours per week on the following shift basis. You will only complete one late shift per week: 8am - 4.30pm 9am to 5.30pm 12 noon - 8.00pm (only one shift per week) 9.00 am - 3.00pm on a Saturday (1:4 Saturdays with a full day given as time in lieu) Benefits: Annual Discretionary Performance Bonus 24 days holiday a year, rising to 27 days with service (with the option to buy an extra 5 days per year) Pension scheme Life Assurance Flexi Benefits package (to include childcare vouchers) Annual flu jab.
