Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to engage in a challenging and rewarding role in Target, a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing and operational transformation. Target provides software, business process outsourcing and managed services to companies in the financial service industry. Our aim is to be the software-driven services provider of choice for loans, investments and insurance. Our Collections and Recoveries (Arrears) Executives are responsible for maximising the late-stage arrears collections on behalf of Target's clients in adherence to FCA guidelines and clients' policies and procedures. This is performed across three main functions: Recoveries, Litigation, and Assessments. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: negotiating quality payment arrangements, aiding the rehabilitation of customer accounts using appropriate collection tools, ensuring maximum collections activity whilst upholding the FCA regulatory regime of Treating Customers Fairly, administering payments, and servicing customer enquiries both over email and telephone.
