Benefits Wigan Our client is a small but rapidly growing firm of forward thinking Chartered Accountants, with a focus on the e-commerce sector. They are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join their team. Duties & responsibilities Managing a portfolio of bookkeeping clients in the e-commerce sector using Xero software Set up and management of integration of Xero between various platforms and marketplaces (Shopify, Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, WooCommerce etc.) using software such as A2X Processing of purchase invoices using Receipt Bank Processing of online payroll for your portfolio of clients using BrightPay Preparation of UK VAT returns Preparation of information to enable completion of US GST returns and EU VAT returns Bank reconciliations Experience & skills Experience of working as a bookkeeper within a practice setting, ideally with e-commerce clients Experience of using cloud accounting software (desirable) AAT Qualified (desirable) What you’ll get in return A salary of up to £22,000 (D.O.E.) 22 days paid holiday leave Pension scheme Medical insurance Sound good?
