Overview
Location: Havant Starting Salary: £10.00 TEMP | Full Time Hours | 37 hours per week START - 6th April 2020 - 3 month assignment 37 hours per week, hours will include 2 late finishes up to 8pm and alternative Saturdays. We are open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm Saturday. The Role The main responsibilities of this role are to help support our new Telephone and Broadband customers with order placement, managing rejections, resolving fault queries, booking appointments and actively keeping customers updated throughout the on-boarding journey via telephone, text and email. You'll also be expected to take inbound calls from customers completing Fault diagnostics via the computer as well as providing updates to our customers on their orders and take any corrective action to ensure we meet expectations and deliver a smooth transfer. Your Skills and Experience You'll be adaptable to change as this is key to your success as well as the growth of our business. You'll think on your feet, listen to our customers, display empathy and ensuring you meet the customer's expectation. You will work individually, as well as being part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment where you will thrive to be the best.
