Overview
My client is a highly reputable international firm well known for its outstanding expertise in their field. An Opportunity has arisen for a Diversity & Inclusion manager to join their progressive global HR team. Diversity and Inclusion forms a core part of this organisations vision and people strategy. Working as part of a team you will be responsible for driving the firms Diversity & Inclusion progress across the globe. The role reports into the Senior Diversity & Inclusion Manager. This is an opportunity for a driven individual with a passion to really drive D&I change within an innovative environment. The role will entail: Drive the firms D&I strategy and progress developing initiatives to "turn the dial". Collaborating with client partners and internal stakeholders Working within the wider HR team to embed Diversity & Inclusion in the HR Process Develop and support employee networks and building relationships with external bodies Leading and supporting events and workshops etc Managing Diversity and inclusion projects. Applicants must have experience and a passion for delivering diversity and inclusion within a professional services environment and deliver these in a changing environment. You will have experience of collaborating with stakeholders working on your own and as part of a wider team.
