Overview
A leading public services company in North Hampshire are currently looking to add a driven Management Accountant to their expanding finance department. Working closely with the Finance Business Partner and Finance Controller, the position will be responsible for the providing accurate and timely management accounts to key stakeholders within the business as well as playing a pivotal role in the forecasting and budgeting process. In addition to this, the Management Accountant will provide detailed variance analysis and commentary to support the organisation and will be required to identify and improve the month end financial close and other significant periodic accounting processes. To be successful in this role, the candidate will be hold a full professional accounting qualification with CIMA/ ACCA or ACA. It is essential to have prior management accounts experience and good financial analysis skills using Excel at a high standard.
