Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Support Analyst (2/3rdline) to join a professional services firm based in the heart of the City. You will sit within the IT Support team and be responsible for second and third line desktop support, desktop security, hardware & software deployment, remote access using direct access and Citrix, and a range of collaboration and AV services. What do you need? Proven work experience within 2nd/3rd support Hands-on experience of troubleshooting and identifying solutions to hardware and software issues Proven experience in remote access technologies such as Citrix XenApp, XenMobile, Direct Access. Ideally with a good understanding of Citrix Netscaler Hands-on experience with Windows OS environments and Active Directory (including Group Policy) Knowledge of end point security. Hands on and proven work experience in Windows and application deployment using SCCM. They are looking for someone who can be a self-motivated team player, but who is able to work with minimal supervision. What's next?
