Page Personnel have an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to start an immediate fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. The role will offer the right person plenty of opportunity to learn new skills and gain exposure within a busy finance department. Client Details A highly successful and award winning property business with great exposure and presence within the Manchester area. Description As an Accounts Assistant, you will report directly to the Finance Manager, responsible for: - Monthly and quarterly VAT returns - Reconciling accounts - Cash flow forecasting - Supporting with the preparation of monthly management accounts - Prepare audit and tax packs for Board of Directors - Support with answering invoice queries Profile To be considered for this role, you must: - Be immediately available for work - Be studying towards AAT qualification - Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written Job Offer £18,000-£20,000 immediate start 9 month contract free parking
