Overview

We are looking to recruit a Senior Care Assistant to join a fantastic care provider at one of their homes in Altrincham. The home is a 37 bedded nursing home which offers first class facilities and accommodation, ensuring residents feel welcome, relaxed and secure whilst also enjoying an active and independent lifestyle. Job Role To promote and ensure a caring environment for Service Users through high standards of quality and professional practice, which are conducive to the physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual needs of Service Users. To ensure that each Service User receives care appropriate to their individual needs which will be well documented for all to easily interpret. To manage and ensure compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2010, and the Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulations 2009 and any previous applicable legislation. We would expect you to be qualified up to level 3 in Health & Social Care with a strong background in administering medication. The pay rate is £9.66 per hour and the hours of work are up to 44 per week however we would consider applications from those wishing to work 33 hours per week.
