Overview
Regulatory Paralegal - Reading TSR Legal have recently been instructed by a Leading Legal 500 firm based in Reading with offices across the United Kingdom who are currently looking to grow its Regulatory function. Our client prides itself on providing excellent practical and straightforward legal advice to a broad range of clients and sectors ranging from private individuals, not for profit organisations, commercial businesses and government organisation. Our client is looking to recruit a Paralegal to provide support to a large team of Solicitors, Partners and Barristers all whom specialise in professional regulatory work from a mix of civil litigation and criminal background. Under the supervision of the team manager, you will be responsible for undertaking an investigatory position, working on behalf of national healthcare regulators. As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for conducting witness interviews, obtaining and drafting witness statements as well as making sure all documentation is in order in accordance with a case plan.
