Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Block Property Manager to join this thriving property company based in Manchester. You should have previous experience managing Residential Blocks. It is essential that you thrive working within a team and have fantastic organisational skills. On a day to day basis you will: Manage maintenance of block and assist with the project management of associated internal and external works Management of H&S, FRA, Asbestos and all other legal requirements Ensure all blocks have up to date H&S and FRA including appropriate signage Liaise with relevant professionals to ensure adherence to relevant regulations Manage and produce accurate budgets and monitor expenditure Effectively manage any insurance claims This is a rapidly growing company who really needs a customer focused and driven individual.
