Dispute Resolution Paralegal - Role Overview As part of the Dispute Resolution team, the successful applicant can expect to handle or assist with a wide range of cases including: Contract disputes Debt recovery and enforcement Employment law claims Landlord and tenant issues Property disputes Neighbour disputes Professional Negligence claims Dispute Resolution Paralegal - Person Specification Suitable candidates will have previous dispute resolution experience and be able to run their own caseload of files with minimal supervision.
