Overview
A global professional services company are looking for a Senior Management Accountant to join their wider finance team. Advising leaders of the world's largest companies and investment firms on the opportunities and risks facing their businesses, over the last 25 years, their clients have turned to them for the judgement and insight they provide on their most important and sensitive commercial issues. Responsibilities Management Accounts Rollover workings and accounts files Recharges Revenue reconciliation Preparation of prepayments and accruals Group consolidation, ready for finance manager and head of finance reviews Responsible of all BS reconciliations Other US: Prepare information for Quarterly statements: Federal Tax, State and Local and annual 1099 Australia, Singapore and Japan: cover for preparation of tax reports UK: Prepare information for UK corporation tax Familiarisation with different tax jurisdiction requirements Learn other areas covered by finance manager Upload credit cards to the system and be global lead Other reporting Prepare MI packages Cover to prepare Board reports, data and graphs Cover for EOY exec performance & partner candidate preparation Cover for weekly analysis reporting, including UK Pipeline Cover FTE preparation and analysis Cover for reports for front office on revenue and clients Profitability reports - revenue per day/profitability per client/pricing Other ad hoc analysis/reporting Systems and processes With finance manager, become a 'champion' of NetSuite Suggest new processes/streamlining where possible With the team, help control information flow/integrity from CRM to the accounts system Skills and Experience Part -qualified (ACCA/CIMA) Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role You will be someone who wants to succeed, someone who is motivated and a team player. You will be a strong accountant who also has experience in posting journals and analysing the accounts to budget. You also must be exceptionally hard working, have high attention to detail and be highly discrete.
