Overview
My clients a global leader in fund and corporate services, are seeking a Senior Transaction Manager with natural team leading skills, who has extensive experience within a corporate trusts. You will have superb knowledge of dealing with SPV's, and transactions and have the ability to deal with complex structured finance documentation. Experience Required: Ideally you will have a background from one of the Corporate Trust Houses, have a minimum of 5 years solid background within corporate trusts, a good understanding of UK companies, corporate administration, superb communication skills, fully understand structured finance and securitisation transactions and be able to demonstrate that you understand them and can discuss them confidently.
