Overview
A modern, reputable veterinary practice in Bristol is currently looking to recruit a Customer Care Manager on a permanent basis. The role will involve leading the reception team to ensure the highest standards of customer service are met. We are looking for an individual with a strong customer service/reception background with leadership experience, ideally in the veterinary industry. Responsibilities will include; Managing the reception team, including rota planning and recruitment Team communication, between reception and the Vets, Nurses and management staff Holding monthly one to one meetings with the reception team Ensuring the highest practice standards are met Skills required; Previous Customer Service experience for at least two years Leadership experience - comfortable operating as part of a clinical leadership team and experience of managing teams Commercial acumen; experience of working with a P&L and managing costs Digital native Familiarity with Excel and office applications are a must.
