Overview
Permanent Evening Operational Support Administrator. Salary of £19-£21K with competitive AL and free parking. Your new company Hays Office Support are recruiting a number of Operational Support Administrators on behalf of their exclusive client in Blairgowrie. This is an evening position working Monday to Friday. Salary is £19,000 to £21,000 depending on your experience with competitive annual leave and free parking. Your new role In your new role you will manage the on-boarding process for new customers and customers moving premises. You will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information entered into an internal billing system and gain knowledge of regulatory and company standards. You will provide excellent customer service to all clients and build and maintain a good rapport, allowing you to understand their journey and identify their needs. What you'll need to succeed You will be a strong communicator who has experience in working in an administrative or contact centre environment. You will have excellent attention to detail and language skills, along with knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
