Wholesale Operational Support Administrator

Your new company Hays Office Support are recruiting Wholesale Operational Support Administrators for their exclusive client in Blairgowrie. This is an evening position with working hours of Monday to Friday 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. A salary of £19,000 is offered along with free parking and competitive annual leave. Your new role You will be responsible for resolving complex escalations with suppliers by providing excellent service, building great rapport and offering an efficient customer journey. You will also understand, interpret and analyse market data and transactions, along with maintaining knowledge or regulatory and company standards. What you'll need to succeed You will be a strong communicator who has experience in working in an administrative or contact centre environment. You will have excellent attention to detail and language skills, along with knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
