Senior Internal Recruitment Advisor £30,000 1 year FTC Portsmouth Generous company benefits Our client is looking for an organised and experienced Internal Recruiter to join a fast paced and passionate Recruitment team. Candidates must have worked within a senior recruitment capacity, ideally within retail or an internal role. Salary on offer for the role is up to £30,000 including many generous company benefits and a supportive, modern work environment. The Role:- - Manage the recruitment process including advertising roles, sourcing candidates, arranging interviews and managing offers for senior management vacancies - Pre screening candidates and scheduling/conducting telephone interviews - Working as a team to ensure a smooth candidate experience - Ensure all candidate's right to work documents are checked - Work closely with the Managers regarding future recruitment requirements and provide effective sourcing strategies - Advertise all roles on the correct channels including internal sites, social media and in store - Running reports and providing support and guidance to the rest of the team in the manager's absence Skills Required:- - Proven in-house and/or retail recruitment experience - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders - Organised with strong attention to detail - Good understanding of employment law - Able to work well under pressure and enjoys a fast paced environment For more information please call Lucy Wild Recruitment or apply with your CV Please note that no terminology in this advert is intended to discriminate on the grounds of a person's gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation.
