Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - To £75K Car Package Due to succession planning, I'm looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer for a well-known, quality focussed M&E Contractor in South London. Reporting to a M&E Design Manager you will take a lead role for the detailed design and completion on projects up to £50M. You'll enjoy working on a fascinating range of projects including museums, universities, hotels, high rise offices, major residential schemes such as Chelsea Barracks and theatres. You will be rewarded with a generous basic salary of up to £75K, Company Car or a Car Allowance, onsite parking, up to 30 days leave, pension, private healthcare and a really relaxed yet professional working environment; definitely not a typical contractor With their average length of service being almost a decade and a history of only promoting from within, they provide a full-turn key service and continue to secure virtually all of their work via repeat business. Requirements At least eight years' experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer (Building Services). Previous experience working for a consultancy and a contractor; or working for a design and build contractor. Good understanding of HVAC, Public Health Services and BMS.
