An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Viewing Agent to join our thriving property company onsite at a show home in the centre of Chester. Our client are a digitally savvy property company with a friendly and smart approach. What we look for: We are looking for an individual with great local knowledge to educate potential buyers, great customer service skills are essential and attention to detail. You must have fantastic organisational skills and be able to work under your own initiative. What you’ll do: This role will be based on site and you will be showing potential buyers the property, you will also earn commission for each property sold as a result. Key Responsibilities: Conducting viewings Providing regular feedback on viewings Supporting your team with general admin tasks Deliver exceptional customer service Educate customers on the property and surrounding area Excellent package offered to the successful candidate.
