Overview
Our client are a fast growing business. Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Head of Credit Control to join the team. Key Tasks Collate data from a variety of sources and generate accurate and timely financial information relating to tenant rent arrears Ability to organise workload and team resource to ensure operational delivery Lead new processes where required, working closely with relevant areas of the business and stakeholders Undertake account reviews Ensure Financial controls framework and audit requirements are met Drive delivery against SLA’s and monitor performance using SLA’s/KPI’s Key skills and experience Previous and thorough experience working within a credit control function Proven background in Managing a credit function Membership of the Institute of Credit Management (ICM) Strong Excel skills Possess a sound understanding of financial operations, process and risk, financial control and the pivotal link to cash collection Ability to build relationships, manage internal and external stakeholders Excellent package on offer.
