Overview
My client is looking for an Adult’s Social Worker for their Neighbourhood Team. Duties include: • Thorough assessments • Developing support plans • Taking part in the duty rota • Develop and manage packages of care • Mental Capacity assessments You will need to have a minimum of 1 years experience on an adults team to qualify. You will also need excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.
