Our client is a City based MSP and is looking for a Service Desk Manager to run and manage a small team of 5 varied engineers. This role is live now. The role involves managing the team and their workload plus operating as part of the Senior Management team with responsibility for both the Help Desk and Project work. You will he also expected to spend time on the deals and will need to at 2nd line level.
