Are you an experienced Conveyancing Manager looking for an exciting new challenge? Monday - Friday role Basic salary from £30,000 £35,000 OTE 50,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Conveyancing Manager to join my clients Head Office in Bracknell. This is the ideal role for an individual who has an estate agency background and is looking for a Monday - Friday opportunity. As a Conveyancing Manager, you will need to: Increase and optimise the company revenue from Conveyancing opportunities Work with all company departments to ensure all conveyancing opportunities are given adequate focus. Be responsible for providing analysis and tracking of all opportunities, income and and performance against sales and instructions reporting to Directors. Promote conveyancing opportunities and results to the Branch and Central Teams to identify successes and opportunities for improvement Attend branches to provide support in order to ensure minimum standards are being met Liaise with Managers and Area Managers to ensure the correct process is in place to meet the minimum standards per branch/ team Maximise the business opportunity available from conveyancing by ensuring all potential leads are identified and followed up to conclusion, with re referrals being made where necessary Monitor and provide feedback on the performance of the Lifetime Legal teams and processes on securing business from leads and their follow up processes to maximise their conversion rates of clients to leads and matters to client. Work with the branches and central teams to ensure all business opportunities arising from conveyancing are optimised, this should include: Using the reporting, track the level of referrals and conversion to quoted and instruction per branch and area for applicants, offers and sellers Highlight areas of improvement required per branch and area, focussing on the largest volume opportunities first and set a plan in place with the manager/ area manager to reach and exceed minimum standards for conversion from sales agreed and instructions. Identify a weekly plan of which branches/ teams require focus based on the data analysed Follow a process of reporting to ensure that the Regional and company Directors have visibility on the execution and success of the plan or where further support is required. Promote the success of these figures through reporting to the Central Sales manager, Central and Branch teams. Reporting the levels of instructions and revenue to Central sales manager and promoting the 'Good news stories’ and case studies to the company Liaise with the conveyancing call team regarding any issues highlighted in order to improve the conversion of leads Ensure all business opportunities are optimised for conveyancing across Sales, New Homes & Commercial Work with the branches and central teams directly on the key elements required to improve the conversion of leads Support the management of the solicitor panel to deliver premium conveyancing service levels across the business and further develop the panel to enhance and enable growth of the conveyancing pipeline and revenue. Ensure new starters are promptly informed of the opportunity available from conveyancing and how to achieve it Call clients to secure business where opportunities are identified as valuable (e.g. New homes or key clients) and referrals that have not been successful due to process issues or misunderstanding and where they can be converted to successful business. Participate in area conference calls in order to ensure high visibility of performance levels and further identify training and support requirements.
