Our client is one of the most prestigious law firms in the world. A longstanding member of the global elite, their highly rated US Capital Markets practice has acted on many of the world's leading listings, including IPOs, equity and rights offerings, SEC Registered/Rule 144A investment grade and high yield bond offerings, and complex liability management transactions. Due to increased client demand in their London office they are now looking for an additional US Capital Markets Associate. To be considered for this role you will be a US (probably New York)-qualified lawyer with 3-4 years post admission capital markets experience, gained either from the US or a US practice elsewhere in the world. You will have studied at a high quality law school, have a high level of intellectual rigour, and be able and willing work in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment. This position attracts market-leading remuneration. For solicitors with appropriate experience based abroad, an excellent sponsorship and relocation package will also be available.
