3rd Line Support- Reading. 6 - Month Contract. Day rate- 220-260. Depending on Experience. new role My client is looking for a 3rd Line support for Infrastructure related issues that the 1st and 2nd line support teams could not resolve. Manage both physical server estate, Azure platform the virtual environment. Analyse support and systems performance and provide support and adjustments where required. What you'll need to succeed you will need solid experience in providing 3rd Line Support, ideally a minimum of 5 years. You will be expected to support and assist applications as well as support software and hardware. As well as supporting numerous environment and platforms such as Azure.
