Job overview: Working for Venatu Recruitment Group as our Business Support Officer, you will be tasked with the following duties on a day to day basis: Profiling candidate CV's to company standards across all divisions Posting job adverts onto various online platforms including job boards and social media Answering the main telephone line, screening calls and transferring to the correct department Emailing out client terms of business and obtaining signed copies Scanning and uploading documents onto the in-house CRM system Other administrative duties as required. What we want from you: From our Business Support Officer, we would require the following from you: Previous experience within a business support or administration role It would be advantageous if you have recruitment knowledge and experience Demonstrate a strong eye for detail Working knowledge of Microsoft packages Excellent work ethic and communication skills.
