Overview

About the Senior Design role… Working across multiproduct categories within womenswear to ensure the long-term success of the brand by providing creative leadership and management as well as support expansion of product range. To manage, design and develop well designed high-quality products alongside the technical and production department. Work with the Creative Director to efficiently deliver strategic design direction Communicate seasonal theme from Creative Director and ensure the creative team are clear on the inspiration. Create commercial and directional designs consistent with the brand aesthetic Producing substantial and sufficient initial drawings for Creative Director to consider based on the agreed mood board. Attend fit meetings and give creative guidance where appropriate. This will be both in London and in China.
