WHAT COMPANY WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR? WILL WRITERS - Would you like to work for a business who place communication at the heart of what they do and who aim to over-deliver to all clients? Well, we have the opportunity for you to join a legal services organisation based in Cramlington as they look to expand their growing team. This will see you working in a friendly, supportive and caring work environment. The business has recently expanded its offerings into Will Writing so this is a great opportunity to join a new division WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE? Of course, you will be Will Writing on a daily basis. This will see you reporting directly to the Managing Director, however, you will be given autonomy and your own responsibilities. You will work in a very close-knit team in a supportive office environment, with the overall aim of providing a personable service to all clients. Your duties will include: Confidently dealing with will drafting and associated work Providing an outstanding service to clients Using the case management systems Updating customers on their transactions Working seamlessly with the property team in dealing with clients instructing on property deals as well as their wills WHAT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION? To be considered for the position of Will Writer you must meet the following criteria: Experience in Will Writing is of course absolutely essential You will have ambitious mindset and a desire for continuous learning A friendly and caring persona, in line with the values the business is known for You must also like dogs as the business has an office dog who is part of the team It will also be advantageous if you: Carry experience in trust laws and wills incorporating trusts Have a legal qualification, although the business does offer paid training for those wishing to expand their knowledge THE SALARY This role is offering an hourly rate of £15, however, this is open to negotiation and can be discussed at interview stage. The company can also offer partnership for the right candidate via an employee share scheme so staff who contribute to the growth of the firm are rewarded. THE CONTRACT The employer is open to full-time (5 days per week) and part-time (3 - 4 days per week) candidates. The office is open from Monday - Saturday and hours can be worked around this. However, the business offers flexible working options too.
