Located in a quiet location in Hammersmith, just 2 minutes away from Ravenscourt Park and 5 minutes walk from Stamford Brook station, Chiswick Nursing Centre is currently looking for compassionate and caring individuals. The role Working as a Registered nurse doesn’t just mean assisting residents to maintain their independence and remain as active as possible while respecting their rights of choice, privacy and dignity. It also means laughing with them, learning about them and using your skills to ensure the residents receive the medical help they require, therefore improving the quality of their life. You will also be working as part of a team to identify their unique goals and implement personalised care plans. And to accomplish this, you would be working flexibly to encourage them to explore new interests, working with other medical professionals and the family of the residents to ensure that the needs of the residents' are met It basically means making a difference in the residents’ lives.
