Overview

Our well-known Global client within the Automotive industry are recruiting for a Facilities Management Coordinator. The purpose of the role is to ensure the site maintenance is managed through the administration and coordination of external contractors. FIRST STAGE INTERVIEW WILL BE HELD VIA TELEPHONE / SKYPE SO NOT TO DELAY WITH THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS IN CURRENT CIRCUMSTANCES. As the Facilities Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Coordinating all site maintenance and repairs Administering annual service schedule of works on site, communicating with all stakeholders and to agreed process Maintaining operational efficiency by ensuring faults/ breakdowns are investigated and repairs/ replacement are organised in a timely manner and in accordance with policies Repair cost management in order to reduce cost Supporting the tender process for regular contracted works and prescribed intervals in accordance with policies Supporting the Company's commitment to Health & Safety management, monitoring, reporting and improvement initiatives Suggesting and supporting infrastructure enhancements Managing asset transparently The successful candidate for the role of Facilities Management Coordinator will: Have previous experience within a similar role Possess excellent communication and coordination, with both internal and external stakeholders Take a 'hands-on' approach with self-starting ability Any training or experience or certificate of Health & Safety (Not core skills, but recommended) In return the Facilities Management Coordinator will receive a basic salary between £28,000 and £32,000pa. Alongside the basic salary, the successful candidate will receive benefits such as free car parking and paid lunch allowance. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
