Overview
Our successful and growing client based in Peterborough is looking for a Customer Service Executive on a fulltime permanent basis. This is a brand-new position within the business. Job Description:- Manage large amount of incoming calls, emails and web/chat. Provide support and appropriate solutions to customer queries within technical issues, taxation, privacy rules and system functionality and follow up query until completion. Prioritise answering incoming calls & chats while managing open cases at the same time. Record customer interactions by entering and verifying information by using the right method and systems. Maintain the company’s database in systems applicable. Communicate with, assist, and build sustainable and good relations with customers as well as other departments. Go the extra mile to engage and follow up customers. To be considered for this role you MUST have worked in Customer Service position and can multitask. There is a lot of product knowledge to learn and so full training on products will be given. The company offer an attractive salary of £21,000 hours of work Monday to Friday 8am till 4pm (no evenings or weekends). Interviews to happen ASAP.
