Commercial and Support Services Manager – Facilities Management Up to £65,000 £5,000 car allowance/car 10% bonus healthcare Hertfordshire Are you an established Finance individual? Have you worked in the Facilities Management industry? Then this may be of interest… We are currently seeking a Commercial Manager to have direct responsibility for all financial support across this multi-million pound Facilities Management contract. This is working for a well-respected and established FM service provider based in Hertfordshire. Working alongside the operational and strategic FM staff you will ensure the contract is performing excellently financially and contractually. You will report into the Facilities Management Account Director reporting on all financial aspects along with; • Financial Plans, Budgets and Forecasts • Offer financial advice and experience to all members of the FM contract • Liaise with HR • Client meetings • Identify areas of risk • Compile company documents for customer care reports, marketing documentation, KPI reports. What will you need? • Ideally a financial qualification - AAT/CIMA • Experience of working with ERP systems • Experience of working with supply chain • Ideally have worked in a Facilities Management / Contractor environment This is an amazing opportunity to offer your experience and support to a high profile contract.
