Overview

Concept are actively recruiting for a Turkish Speaking Helpdesk Analyst for our market leading company in Peterborough. You will be working for a leading IT Services organisation, on their rapidly growing Service Desk, answering inbound calls and assisting customers in both Turkish and English. Istanbul dialect would be preferable. The contract 3 month temp to permanent £14 per hour pay (via Ltd company or Umbrella company) for contracting period 37.5 hours per week Work 2 weekends in 5, other than this it's Mon - Fri. Shift patterns fall between 8am and 9pm Job responsibilities; Act as an initial point of contact to external customers and ensure that incidents are fully managed through to resolution (escalate where applicable) Answering incoming calls and emails from customers and accurately logging incidents ensuring all relevant data is captured Provide an excellent level of customer service to internal and external customers Communicate effectively with customers in both French and English The ideal candidate: Fluent in both English and Turkish, preferably with Istanbul dialect Experience in customer service preferably over the phone IT literate (training will be provided on IT systems used) Excellent communicator Commutable distance to the office in Peterborough Flexible with the shift patterns mentioned Please send a CV to find out more information.
